Uruguayan Federica Levrero was born into a multicultural family that owns a travel agency. Spanish, French and German was spoken simultaneously at home during her childhood. With this background, it was inevitable she became a cosmopolitan woman. For her, traveling was always about philosophical expansion and education. During her youth, when choosing her profession, she didn’t get a direct ticket to her dream career but more of a multi-stop flight. However, it was the long journey that enlightened her mission: to promote artistic education through cultural exchange and guide teenagers in the often-complex process of selecting the right academy and destination to follow their vocation. This is why she founded FAD Connection in 2020.

“Time is a precious resource. By offering young adults mentorship, showing them the wide spectrum of possibilities that the creative industries offer, and turning the procedure of career selection into a tailor-made experience, we save them valuable time. Humanity needs more out-of-the-box thinkers, and it requires them now. It also demands more people following their bliss, because working with a purpose is life-changing, and thus, world-changing. We encourage a sustainable lifestyle that can be carried out over the years. One in which work and life can co-exist in natural balance,” affirms Federica.
